We are a family-based business that remains as passionate today as we have always been. Our 50 employees are specialists with a love of the trade and an eye for quality. Our bakery produces the tastiest fresh and frozen pastry. Pure quality, made in Belgium.
We set very high standards for ourselves, but also for our suppliers. It starts with the selection of the ingredients. All potential suppliers are thoroughly assessed and monitored, while all ingredients are strictly tested. Quality first.
Flexibility always included
Besides optimal product quality, we’re also known for our flexible service. Small or large scale. Single-serving pastries, round pies and traybakes, cut into portions if desired, in every size and weight. Whatever you prefer, you can always rely on the added value of traditional quality, innovative production methods and exceptional service.

Our history
Establishment: we prepare our first Volcano cheesecake at our Oosterzele bakery.
Daily deliveries to retail customers in Belgium.
Start of exports after serving the Belgian market for a decade.
Opening of a new 4000m2 production facility in Wetteren, a strategic central location close to the E40 in Belgium/Europe.
More than 300 product references achieved, including quiches. Adoption of flow packs. Opening of a new production line with the launch of our 'Tarteletto’ brand.
We take our brand to the next level with IFS certification.
Enlargement of our production facility by 1700m².
We pass an unannounced IFS audit with flying colours.
Production breaks through the 100,000 per day barrier for high-quality bakery products – we’re operating six days a week.
